StoatFlow Commercial License
Public summary · Last updated May 25, 2026
StoatFlow is commercial closed-source software. Source code, binary artefacts (published to maven.stoatflow.io), and accompanying documentation are licensed — not sold — under the StoatFlow Commercial License.
The full agreement is provided to prospective customers as part of any commercial engagement. This page is the public summary of the rights and restrictions the agreement embodies; for legal certainty, the full text governs.
What you may do under the license
- Use StoatFlow internally within your organisation, on infrastructure you control, for the development and operation of your own applications.
- Deploy StoatFlow on the number of production instances ("Machines") covered by your active subscription, with the per-machine fingerprint attested via Keygen.sh license validation.
- Permit your named developers ("Developer Seats") to depend on StoatFlow artefacts in their local builds and on CI, subject to the seat count in your active subscription.
What you may not do
- Redistribute StoatFlow artefacts to third parties, repackage them into derivative SDKs, or expose StoatFlow as a hosted service for others.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or remove license-validation mechanisms from the binaries.
- Use StoatFlow on more Machines or with more Developer Seats than your subscription covers, or share access credentials beyond your organisation.
Trial and evaluation
Time-limited trial licenses are issued on request for evaluation purposes. Trials are subject to the same restrictions as paid licenses and expire on the date stated in the trial license key.
Business continuity (source-code escrow)
Active licensees benefit from a third-party source-code escrow. If StoatFlow commercial operations permanently cease, the escrow agent releases the source to active licensees under a non-redistributable continuation license. See our About page for the broader business-continuity story.
